These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 93350 platform ("Platform"). This document governs all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and communication with the support team.

2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register one account only at 93350. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended without any refund of existing balances. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address, phone number and personal details you register are valid and belong to you.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 93350 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
The platform may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or during investigations into suspicious activity. Required documents may include a national ID, passport or other valid official document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any transaction, bet, or game carried out using your login credentials is considered to have been made by you. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from account access by a third party that you have authorised or whose access you have failed to prevent.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 93350 user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using the platform:
- The use of automated software, bots or scripts is strictly prohibited to access, play or manipulate any part of the platform without written authorisation.
- Fraud, money laundering, and all other illegal activities are strictly prohibited through the platform. Any signs of such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Users who identify a technical issue are required to report it to the support team.
- Creating an account using another person's information is strictly prohibited or false identity under any circumstances.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their region or country.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action where appropriate.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 93350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include local bank transfers, TNG eWallet, Boost and FPX. All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold that may change from time to time.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated at the time of application. The platform reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security verification purposes. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash until those requirements are fully satisfied.

93350 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that threatens the security of the platform or other users. In cases of suspension for technical or verification reasons, the user will be notified via their registered email.
93350 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes technical disruptions, system errors, or network issues beyond our control. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the 93350 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software and layout — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 93350 is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any external websites or services. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operations of the 93350 platform. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and our support team.
If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction. Users agree that they will not initiate any class action or collective legal proceedings against the platform.
